Hard Rock Bet is legal and licensed to accept sports bets in six U.S. states including Arizona, Indiana, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, and Virginia. It is also set to launch in Florida in late 2024.

Hard Rock rolled out its sports betting book two years ago, but it was quickly shut down. They were hit with a lawsuit by two small betting establishments that tried to prevent them from entering the online sports betting game. Last month, the U.S. Supreme Court gave Hard Rock the green light to get back online.
