Despite the happy-sounding title, the movie Smile is not for children. It is a very graphic horror💹 movie that shows several mutilated bodies in all their gory detail.

The💹 movie focuses on mental health and trauma and it does that very well. Not for the easily rattled, lots of💹 gore and jump-scares. I would not recommend for kids.
